The Raiders added another playmaker to line up next to Antonio Brown by signing former Chargers receiver Tyrell Williams, ESPN reported Wednesday.
The Steelers, Browns and Colts were also rumored to have interest in Williams.

Williams has notched his place as an effective weapon in the AFC West over his four-year career. He was signed by the Chargers as an undrafted free agent following the 2015 draft and had a breakout season in 2016 with 69 receptions for 1,059 yards and seven touchdowns.
In 2018, Williams remained a favorite target for Philip Rivers and had 653 yards receiving and five touchdowns.
Williams, who turned 27 in February, will likely become Oakland’s No. 2 receiver behind Brown and ahead of 10-year veteran Jordy Nelson, who signed a two-year deal last offseason.
