NFL Draft order 2024: Updated list of picks for every team after AFC, NFC championship games image

There is just one game remaining in the 2024 NFL postseason now. That will be the Super Bowl, which will feature a battle between the Chiefs and the 49ers.

The Chiefs earned an upset victory over the Ravens in the AFC championship game, riding a strong defensive effort to a 17-10 road win. Meanwhile, the 49ers were trailing by 17 at halftime against the Lions but rattled off 27 unanswered points to emerge with a 34-31 victory.

While the 49ers and Chiefs prepare to cement themselves in NFL lore, the rest of the league will be looking ahead to next season. That includes getting ready for the 2024 NFL Draft.

The 2024 NFL Draft order is all but set now with the Super Bowl standing as the last game left to play. The owners of the first 30 picks are set in stone, and teams will now get a chance to begin planning for their futures and establishing which players they want to target on draft day.

Those looking for offensive upgrades should be in luck. The 2024 NFL Draft contains plenty of premium talent at quarterback, wide receiver and offensive tackle, so the league in general should get a much-needed offensive boost from this group.

Here's a breakdown of what the 2024 NFL Draft's first round looks like as the 2023-24 season winds to a close.

NFL Draft 2024 top prospects

The 2024 NFL Draft is expected to be dominated by a deep and talented quarterback class. Caleb Williams and Drake Maye are viewed by many as the favorites to be the first two passers selected, while LSU's Jayden Daniels may also be a top-five pick. Several other quarterbacks could crack the first round — with Michigan's J.J. McCarthy having received first-round buzz at times — but it's possible that some of those high-upside quarterbacks could last into Day 2.

There are plenty of other offensive players who are getting top-10 buzz. Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr. may be the draft's best player. The wideout is viewed by many as a star-in-the-making at his position, so he may end up being the top non-quarterback selected. LSU's Malik Nabers is another top receiving weapon who looks like a top-10 pick, while Georgia tight end Brock Bowers and Washington's Rome Odunze are also getting high first-round buzz.

Penn State's Olu Fashanu and Notre Dame's Joe Alt stand out among the top tackles in the draft. Each should be selected within the top 10 or just after.

Among defensive players, Alabama's Dallas Turner and UCLA's Laiatu Latu figure to be among the top players selected.

Below is a look at the top 10 prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft, according to Sporting News' Vinnie Iyer:

  1. Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State
  2. Caleb Williams, QB, USC
  3. Drake Maye, QB, UNC
  4. Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia
  5. Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame
  6. Rome Odunze, WR, Washington
  7. Olumuyiwa Fashanu, OT, Penn State
  8. Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
  9. Dallas Turner, EDGE, Alabama
  10. Jer'Zhan Newton, DT, Illinois
