It's prime time for Prime.
"Thursday Night Football" reached a new low in 2023, with the league's matchups on Thursday nights mocked from all corners — including people in the broadcast booth.

"I think they understood what this was. We're making the most of it. I mean, you just can't oversell something," play-by-play man Al Michaels said earlier this year of the dreadful "TNF" slate. "Do you want me to sell you a 20-year-old Mazda? That's what you're asking me to do."

While you can't predict in May which way the arrow will point for teams, it looks, at least on paper, as if the streaming service has gotten better matchups for its second year on the "TNF" beat.

As part of that slate, the Jets and Dolphins will play on Black Friday afternoon Nov. 24. The game pits a pair of AFC title hopefuls and division rivals against one another late in the season. Viewers can watch Aaron Rodgers vs. Tua Tagovailoa while waking up from their tryptophan comas and recovering from doorbuster shopping.

— The final week of "TNF" could have playoff implications: The Jets and Browns figure to be in the hunt come Week 17.
