There are many NFL All-Pro teams listed at the end of every NFL season. But it's a little different when NFL head coaches have total control of deciding who goes on that first-team roster, instead of writers or other media.

Sporting News continues its annual tradition of polling head coaches for their opinions on the best of the best players in the league.

Offensively, the two Super Bowl 57 teams, the Chiefs and Eagles, each are represented are two players each, including Patrick Mahomes, Lane Johnson and brothers Travis and Jason Kelce. Defensively, the 49ers' dominant front seven also doubles up on players.

Including offense, defense and special teams, below is the full Sporting News NFL All-Pro Team for 2022.

Sporting News NFL All-Pro team 2022

OFFENSE

QB: Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs

Mahomes moves back into the top spot over Aaron Rodgers with a MVP-caliber season reminiscent of his 2019 second-year breakout.

Percentage of QB votes: 57.1% | Runner-up: Jalen Hurts, Eagles 39.3%

RB: Saquon Barkley, Giants; Derrick Henry, Titans

Barkley, also a candidate for Comeback Player of the Year, got rejuvenated in a new playoff-bound offense. Henry also rebounded from his foot issues to churn out another prolific power rushing season.

Percentage of RB votes: Barkley 23.2%, Henry 23.2%

WR: Justin Jefferson, Vikings; Davante Adams, Raiders

With Cooper Kupp battling injury, it opened the door for Jefferson to jump up here with a monster third season. Adams changed teams from the Packers but it didn't affect him at all in repeating here.

Percentage of WR votes: Jefferson 39.3%, Adams 30.4%

TE: Travis Kelce, Chiefs

Kelce deservedly got almost all of the votes with George Kittle and Mark Andrews splitting a handful well behind him.

Percentage of TE votes: 85.7 percent

OT: Trent Williams, 49ers; Lane Johnson, Eagles

Williams stays on the team with Johnson replacing Tristan Wirfs

Percentage of OT votes: Williams 44.6% Johnson 19.6%

G: Joel Bitonio, Browns; Chris Lindstrom, Falcons

Bitonio also repeats with new company from the Falcons' breakout run-blocking unit.

Percentage of G votes: Bitonio 26.8%, Lindstrom 26.8%

C: Jason Kelce, Eagles

This Kelce wasn't about to let his brother stay on the team without him. He was the only choice here.

Percentage of C votes: 85.7%

DEFENSE

DE: Nick Bosa, 49ers; Myles Garrett, Browns

Bosa, SN's Defensive Player of the Year, repeats right along with Garrett.

Percentage of DE votes: Bosa 34.7%, Garrett 32.1%

DT: Jeffery Simmons, Titans; Aaron Donald, Rams

Simmons had a dominant run-stuffing season to ascend here over Chris Jones and others to join Donald.

Percentage of DT votes: Simons 28.6%, Donald 21.4%

LB: Micah Parsons, Cowboys; Matthew Judon, Patriots; Fred Warner, 49ers

Parsons is the only one to go back-to-back here. Judon had a career-high 15.5 sacks for Bill Beiichick while Warner finally gets recognized for his rangy leadership.

Percentage of LB votes: Parsons 25%, Judon 21.4%, Warner 17.9%

CB: Sauce Gardner, Jets; Pat Surtain II, Broncos

Gardner is also SN's Rookie of the Year. Surtain joins him in brining new elite blood to the position.

Percentage of CB votes: Gardner 35.7%, Surtain 25%

S: Minkah Fitzpatrick, Steelers; Derwin James, Chargers

Fitzpatrick got rewarded for his all-out playmaking. James is another repeat choice.

Percentage of S votes: Fitzpatrick 37.5%, James 28.6%

SPECIAL TEAMS

K: Jason Myers, Seahawks

Myers had a money season for a playoff team and got a contract extension as a result.

Percentage of K votes: 42.9% | Runner-up: Justin Tucker, Ravens 32.14%

P: Ryan Stonehouse, Titans

Stonehouse makes the team right away as a steal of an undrafted rookie with his incredible 53.1-yard average.

Percentage of P votes: 39.3% | Runner-up: Michael Dickson, Seahawks 35.7%

KR: Kene Nwangwu, Vikings

Nwangwu remains on the team like he was during his rookie season.

Percentage of KR votes: 57.1%

PR: Marcus Jones, Patriots

Jones was outstanding as a third-round rookie also playing defensive back for them.

Percentage of PR votes: 67.9%
