The NFL playoffs are finally here and the action kicks off this weekend with four exciting games.

On Saturday afternoon, AFC South division rivals meet up in Houston when the Indianapolis Colts travel south to face the Texans. After missing the playoffs last season, it's a bit of a shocker that both teams are in the playoffs. Indianapolis started the year off 1-5 before winning nine of its last 10 games to get the final playoff spot in the AFC. Houston started the year off 0-3 before winning its first game 40-37 in overtime against the Colts. They then won nine straight.

The Colts won the most recent meeting between the teams in December with a 24-21 victory in Houston.

On Saturday night, the Seattle Seahawks travel to Dallas to face the Cowboys. Both teams had strong finishes to their seasons. The Seahawks went 6-1 to end the year while the Cowboys went 7-1 in their last eight games. In their last meeting, way back in Week 3, both teams were struggling. The Seahawks won that game 24-13 on their home turf.

Sunday afternoon the Los Angeles Chargers make the cross-country trip to Baltimore to take on the Ravens. Los Angeles, who actually has the second-best record in the AFC (12-4), lost the AFC West title due to a tiebreaker with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Philip Rivers has had one of the best seasons of his career tossing 4,308 yards, 32 touchdowns with a 105.5 passer rating. But he didn't look too stellar when the Chargers faced the Ravens in Week 16. Rivers threw just 181 yards with two interceptions in a 22-10 loss.

The Ravens on the otherhand finished the season hot, going 6-1 since they made rookie Lamar Jackson the starting quarterback.

And to conclude the weekend, the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles go to the Windy City to take on the Chicago Bears.

The Eagles looked down and out; however, after an upset over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15 and two more wins to end the season, Nick Foles has Philadelphia believing again. He tossed six touchdowns and 962 yards in the last three games.

Sunday will be Foles' toughest test this season. The Bears boast the third-best defense and the best scoring defense in the league this season. Can Foles magic continue or will Khalil Mack and a strong Bears defense end Philly's run?
