It's the final week of the regular season and nearly the entire playoff field is still to be determined.

In the AFC, the Indianapolis Colts and Tennesee Titans meet in Nashville in a win and you're in game on Sunday night. The winner of that contest can possibly win the AFC South. If the Houston Texans lose to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the winner of Colts vs. Titans wins the division. If the Texans win, they win the AFC South. They can potentially get a first-round bye if they win and the New England Patriots lose to the New York Jets.

The top seed in the AFC hasn't been decided. If the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Oakland Raiders, they win the AFC West and get home-field advantage in the playoffs. However, if they lose and the Los Angeles Chargers defeat the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles gets the division and the top spot. If the Chiefs and Chargers lose and the Patriots win, the Chiefs win the division and the Patriots get the top seed. In the unlikely event that the Chiefs, Chargers and Patriots lose, the Texans get the AFC's top spot with a win.

The AFC North remains undecided going into Sunday. If the Baltimore Ravens defeat the Cleveland Browns, they win the division. But if they lose and the Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Cincinnati Bengals, the division goes to the Steelers.

In the NFC, the top seed has been decided as the New Orleans Saints hold home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

The second seed has yet to be determined. The Los Angeles Rams will get it if they defeat the San Francisco 49ers. If the Rams lose and the Chicago Bears defeat the Minnesota Vikings, the second seed goes to the Bears and the Rams fall to the third seed. The Dallas Cowboys are locked into the fourth seed and have nothing to play for when they face the New York Giants.

The wild-card spots have been determined with the Seattle Seahawks holding one of the two spots. The Vikings just need to defeat the Bears and they're in the playoffs. But if they lose and the Philadelphia Eagles defeat the Washington Redskins, the defending champions get a chance to defend their title.

So, did you get all of that? If not, well, you can just watch all the action unfold for yourself on Sunday.

All times are Eastern.
