Running backs may see their share of disrespect when it comes time to negotiate a contract, but they're imperative to success in both fantasy football and Madden.
Because of the ebb and flow of premier running backs throughout the league, the "Madden 24" running back list was always going to be controversial. Derrick Henry breaking 1,500 yards again in 2022 helped his rating, while Christian McCaffrey and Josh Jacobs were also among the best.
One of the interesting names to watch is always the Giants' Saquon Barkley. One of the league's top backs, Barkley tends to move around the ratings a lot, but he's always among the best in the NFL.
The rookies also have some interesting ratings out: The Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs can fly, and he has been given a speed rating of 94. Falcons running back Bijan Robinson also has a solid break tackle rating of 86. We'll see if those numbers increase as the year goes on.
