For the second time in 10 months, ex-Cowboys fullback Lincoln Coleman has been reported missing.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Coleman was last seen in Old East Dallas Friday and may be in need of medical assistance.

Coleman, who has a "diminished mental capacity" from his football career, was wearing a long-sleeved black shirt, black shorts and black sandals.

A Dallas native and Baylor product, Coleman was reported missing in May but was found safely at his mother’s house. He has battled drug and alcohol addiction.

The 48-year-old played played in 18 games with the Cowboys, making his debut Thanksgiving Day game in 1993 at Texas Stadium against the Dolphins. Known as a battering ram,  Coleman suffered at least eight diagnosed concussions during his career and possibly more, his family told KDFW-TV in May.
