Jets vs. Raiders Week 10 SNF odds, picks, predictions, expert betting tips for 'Sunday Night Football' image

When the Jets travel to Las Vegas to face the Raiders on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 10 (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC), they will be looking to quickly erase bad memories of not showing up in a loss to the Chargers at home last Monday night. Meanwhile, the Raiders are trying to pull off the New York double at home after routing the Giants last week.

The Jets are sticking with Zach Wilson at QB in what should have been a game featuring Aaron Rodgers vs. Davante Adams. The Raiders will keep starting rookie Aidan O'Connell, fading Adams in a rushing-centric approach with Josh Jacobs again vs. the Jets' No. 30 run defense. The Jets also will need to stay grounded with Breece Hall vs. the Raiders' No. 31 run defense to win this game.

What does interim coach Antonio Pierce have for a Vegas encore? Will Robert Saleh get his team back on track for a playoff push? Here's a betting breakdown of Jets-Raiders on SNF:

Jets vs. Raiders odds, spread, over/under

(All odds courtesy of Caesars Sportsbook)

Spread: Jets -1 (-110) | Raiders +1 (-110)
Over/Under: OVER 36 (-110) | UNDER 36 (-110)
Moneyline: Jets -120 | Raiders +100

The Jets were favored in the lookahead lines before last week's embarrassment against the Chargers. The Raiders also rebounded to crush the Giants, 30-6, with Pierce taking over the fired Josh McDaniels. This is a tough short-week road trip for a reeling team, but the Jets can travel well with their defense and running game.

Should you bet the Jets against the spread vs. Raiders?

The line essentially makes this a pick 'em. The Jets should play much better (they can't play much worse) with Wilson and the offense. They can also clean up things defensively and on special teams.

The Raiders will be fine sticking to the running game and exploiting the one major Jets' defensive weakness. They will give Jacobs relentless volume vs. trusting O'Connell too much with wide receivers Adams and Jakobi Meyers having difficult draws vs. the Jets' corners. It's also not a bad spot for them to use more of tight end Michael Mayer.

Wilson and O'Connell might be even in their skill sets at this point. The Jets can counter well with plenty of Hall, but the Raiders have Maxx Crosby to rattle things up front again for Wilson. Jacobs and the Raiders are a little cleaner than Hall and the Jets.

Spread pick: Raiders +1 (-110)

Moneyline pick: Raiders (+100)

Should you bet the Jets-Raiders OVER?

When you have two awful run defenses, it means the teams can move the ball even with limited passing games. You also have offenses facing tough defensive matchups, which will limit touchdown chances and make this more of a field-goal fest decided by three points. Trust Daniel Carlson a little more than Greg Zuerlein to come through with the game-winner, as the Raiders play more inspired, physical ball for Pierce.

Our Pick: OVER 36 (-110)

Final score prediction: Raiders 20, Jets 17
