Jalen Ramsey trade rumors: 2 teams have offered Jaguars first-round pick for cornerback image

There appears to be multiple suitors for Jalen Ramsey.

Two teams have already offered the Jaguars a first-round pick for the 24-year-old cornerback, according to a report from ESPN, which cites unidentified league sources.

The Jaguars, however, are asking for two first-rounders in return for Ramsey, according to Sports Illustrated.

Ramsey was involved in a heated exchange with Jacksonville coach Doug Marrone on the sidelines during the team's 13-12 loss to the Texans last weekend and requested a trade shortly after the incident.

"I have nothing bad or negative to say about anyone in the building," Ramsey said at a press conference Tuesday. "S— happens, it is what it is ... I don't want to speak on it or give too much detail. I will let God do his work."

Ramsey was originally selected by the Jaguars out of Florida State with the No. 5 pick in the 2016 draft. The two-time Pro Bowl player has recorded nine interceptions and 45 pass breakups in 50 career games.

"I don’t want it to become a bigger thing around here," Ramsey said about the trade request. "I’m chilling here. I’m trying to be a good teammate.”

The Jaguars have opened the season 0-2 and will face the Titans on Thursday.
