As the 2018 fantasy football draft season approaches, we will showcase a player to draft and a player to avoid from all 32 teams.

The Titans enter 2018 on the heels of a busy offseason.

Last year, the Titans crawled their way into the playoffs with a 9-7 record, losing three of their last four regular-season games. But they spent a good deal of the offseason trying to help make quarterback Marcus Mariota's life more comfortable following his down year.

Here is one player to draft and avoid on the Titans for the 2018 fantasy football season:

Draft:

Derrick Henry, RB — While the Titans did add Dion Lewis from New England, they also let DeMarco Murray go, opening the door for Henry to take control of the backfield. Henry rushed for 744 yards and five touchdowns last season, splitting time with Murray.

While Henry doesn't offer much as a pass catcher out of the backfield, he should get goal-line duties this season, making him a threat to score more than 10 touchdowns. He's a solid third-round pick in standard leagues, and a fifth-round pick in PPR formats.

Avoid:

Corey Davis, WR — Big, fast and strong, Davis looks like a No. 1 receiver. But injuries and Mariota's struggles held him to 375 yards and zero touchdowns last season as a rookie. At 6-3, Davis has to score touchdowns to pay the Titans back for the top-10 pick they spent on him.

With Mariota's ability to throw the ball in question, Davis seems like a player to pass on this season. He has upside, and could be a breakout performer, but that gamble should only be taken in the 12th round or later.
