Josh Rosen was happy to find a new home with the Dolphins and has already improved, according to coach Brian Flores.
Rosen is entering his second year in the NFL and became available after the Cardinals took former Oklahoma star Kyler Murray with the top pick in the 2019 draft. In an abrupt trade, Arizona ended up sending the quarterback to Miami.
He hasn't looked back since — and that's probably a good thing after a tough season with the Cardinals.

"I think he's made some improvement, really across the board," Flores said, via NFL.com. "There's things that a lot of people don't see. Better footwork, mechanics in the pocket, decision-making.
"A lot of times people, all they see is the touchdown pass; they don't see the checkdown that's a positive play for the team. I think he's improved in those areas and I think those are the little things that go a long way at that position."
Rosen is coming off his rookie year playing in 14 games (13 starts with a 3-10 record) where he completed 55.2% of his passes for 2,278 yards, 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.
While he is likely going to be the backup behind veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick, Rosen is ready for his second chance.
"Very rarely do you get a second chance to make a first impression," Rosen said at his introductory press conference in April. "It felt like I got drafted twice."
