The Colts drafted Hooker No. 15 overall in the NFL Draft. A first-team All-American in 2016 at Ohio State, he had 22 tackles, four pass defenses and three interceptions in his seven games.
NFL.com reports former starter Darius Butler will step in for Hooker.
