The Bears and Chiefs face off in the final week of the NFL preseason Thursday night. While it's not the Taylor Swift extravaganza that was last year's 41-10 Kansas City drubbing in the regular season, it's a critical game for NFL hopefuls attempting to obtain roster spots.

The two-time defending Super Bowl champions have yet to win a game in preseason competition this year. The Bears, led by a new-look offensive attack with Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze, have shown flashes of what Chicago could become in subsequent years post-rebuild.

The 27-3 Bears victory over the Bengals on Saturday indicated that. Williams scored his first touchdown at Soldier Field in front of a near-sellout, and the defense accounted for three takeaways in the win.

As for Kansas City, don't expect the starters to take the field Thursday, as coach Andy Reid revealed that Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the rest will sit for the final preseason game. ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported the same for the Bears, revealing the coaching staff had "seen enough" of Williams' progress as of Tuesday.

Despite the Bears-Chiefs matchup not being Mahomes vs. Williams, TSN has all the details ahead of the national TV showcase Thursday night from Missouri, including where to watch, stream and buy last-minute tickets.
