The Phillies haven't officially introduced Bryce Harper, but that's not stopping him from attempting to recruit soon-to-be free agent Le'Veon Bell to play for the Eagles in Philadelphia.

After news broke about Harper's record-breaking 13-year, $330 million deal with the Phillies on Thursday, Bell reacted by congratulating Harper and tagging the slugger on his Instagram story.

Harper then appeared to reach out to Bell through a direct message on Instagram, which the running back later posted on his story.

"Aye come join! Let's take this city by storm. Bring as many titles as we can to the greatest city in the world. Brotherly Love. #SecureTheBag," Harper appeared to write to Bell, according to ESPN.

Bell is set to become an unrestricted free agent when the new NFL year starts March 13 after the Steelers announced last month they won't use the franchise tag on him. He sat out the entire 2018 season in hopes of reaching a long-term deal.

It appears Harper wants to bring home more titles to the city of Philadelphia. The Eagles won the franchise's first Super Bowl in 2018, and the Phillies won the team's second World Series title in 2008.
