A post from Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre's verified Instagram account went viral last week when it announced Favre, 49, was planning to come out of retirement — again — to play in the NFL.

Alas, like many things on the internet, it was too good to be true. The internet's suspicions about the post were confirmed when it was quickly deleted and Favre told TMZ his account had been hacked.
When asked about the post on Saturday as he participated in the American Family Insurance Championship, Favre made it perfectly clear he has no intention of playing in the NFL again: "The last thing I want to do is come back and play. No offense, but it was fun — then."
