Bills running back LeSean McCoy left Sunday's game against the Colts in the first quarter with a head injury.
McCoy left the game after taking a hard hit and was immediately sent to the locker room with trainers. The hapless Bills then announced he was out for the remainder of the game.

McCoy, who left the game on the end of a one-yard run, had just 243 yards and one touchdown on the ground this season entering the game.

The Bills replaced McCoy with Chris Ivory, who started a game earlier this season when McCoy was injured.
