Bills vs. Bengals Week 9 SNF odds, picks, predictions, expert betting tips for 'Sunday Night Football' image

When the Bills travel to Cincinnati to face the Bengals on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 9 (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC), emotions will be riding high. The teams couldn't finish their game there in Week 17 last season with the scary injury to Bills defensive back Damar Hamlin. When the teams met in the playoffs in Buffalo during the wild-card round, the Bengals romped, 27-10.

Josh Allen will try to avoid his struggles from that latter game, and Joe Burrow and the Bengals' defense will try to continue their strong play against top AFC contenders. The Bills have been cold a little of late, dropping to 5-3, while the Bengals, after a slow start, have gotten hot to jump to 4-3.

What happens in the marquee prime-time rematch? Here's a betting breakdown of Bills-Bengals on SNF:

Bills vs. Bengals odds, spread, over/under

(All odds courtesy of Caesars Sportsbook)

Spread: Bills +2 (-110) | Bengals -2 (-110)
Over/Under: OVER 49.5 (-110) | UNDER 49.5 (-110)
Moneyline: Bills +110 | Bengals -130

The Bengals had been three-point favorites at one point for this game, and at another point, they were just one-point favorites. The line has settled in between, almost at a pick 'em equivalent. The Bengals should see more money come their way before kickoff.

Should you bet the Bengals against the spread vs. Bills?

Burrow and the Bengals should pick apart the Bills' defense without Tre'Davious White (Achilles) and Matt Milano (leg). They can also have sneaky success out of the backfield with Joe Mixon running and receiving. Allen will play much better than he did in the previous meeting, with key weapons Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, and Dalton Kincaid helping him better in a shootout. The recent history of both teams against each other and this season says Cincy is a cinch.

Our Pick: Bengals -2 (-110)

Should you bet the Bills-Bengals OVER?

Allen and the Bills didn't live up to their scoring burden in the playoffs. They will here and close the gap well in the fourth quarter. Burrow is on fire with Ja'Marr Chase and others and can expect to build on the success of the Buccaneers' passing game in Buffalo from last week.

Our Pick: OVER 49.5 (-110)

Final score prediction: Bengals 27, Bills 24
