The most highly anticipated contest of Week 13 features a rematch of last season's NFC Championship Game between the Eagles and 49ers. San Francisco is looking to avenge last year's gut-wrenching 31-7 loss, having played the majority of the contest with a less-than-100-percent Brock Purdy as its QB1 after he injured his elbow. Despite the Eagles owning a superior record and playing as the hosts, Sports Interaction has the 49ers priced as three-point road favorites in Sunday's rematch.

Searching for alternative ways to get action down on Sunday's Eagles-49ers showdown outside of the traditional side and total markets? You've come to the right place! We've done our part in highlighting four valuable props on Canada's most trusted sportsbook, Sports Interaction.

Without further ado, let's break down these valuable props for Eagles-49ers.

Best Eagles-49ers prop bets Week 13

1. Jalen Hurts, QB, Eagles  — UNDER 241.5 passing yards (-115)

On top of Hurts failing to reach this number in his past three games, the 49ers' elite pass-rush and coverage unit will likely make it tough for Philadelphia to consistently move the ball through the air. Although the Eagles have erased double-digit deficits in their past two wins, the offense isn't staying ahead of schedule at a rate it normally does, ranking 15th in success rate (43.2%) over that span.

With Hurts now matched up against a stout 49ers defense that ranks fifth in dropback EPA (-0.122) and seventh in dropback success rate (43.3%), we're hesitant to bet on him to have a successful day as a passer.

2. Brock Purdy, QB, 49ers — OVER 1.5 passing TDs (-130)

Conversely, the Eagles' pass defense has shown some leaks this year, ranking 20th in dropback EPA and 14th in dropback success rate. Purdy enters Week 13 on a torrid stretch over the 49ers' three-game winning streak, sporting a strong 7:1 TD-to-INT rate to go along with his uber-efficient play (75.3-percent completion percentage, 131.6 passer rating).

Kyle Shanahan's ability to scheme open his offensive weapons should continue to lead to chunk gains through the air against a middle-of-the-pack secondary. With the 49ers ranking second in the league in average red-zone scoring attempts per game (4.0), several red-zone trips will boost Purdy's chances of totaling two-plus passing TDs.

3. A.J. Brown, WR, Eagles — UNDER 73.5 receiving yards (-115)

From Weeks 3-8, Brown was arguably the hottest receiver in the league, posting six straight games with at least 125 receiving yards. However, since then, he's averaging just 37 yards per game, and we think his cold streak spills into Week 13. Although the game script didn't force the Eagles to pass at a high clip, Brown was held in check by the 49ers' sound coverage unit in the NFC Championship last year (eight targets, four receptions). As a focal point of the 49ers' defensive game plan, we think Brown is in line for another underwhelming receiving day.

4. 49ers' alternate spread  — -5 points (+125)

We agree with the betting market's assessment of this one in that the Eagles have been fairly fortunate to enter Week 12 with a 10-1 record, as their level of play hasn't resembled a team who's been that dominant. As a result, we're enticed by the +125 price on the 49ers' alternate line at -5. We know the 49ers are hungry to prove they could have been the NFC Champs with a healthy QB, and it's hard to bet against a team that's boasting a +62-point differential over their current three-game winning streak.

The Eagles' one-score game luck runs out as the 49ers leave Lincoln Financial Field with a six-plus point victory.
