A group of angry Lions fans are using billboards in the Detroit area to call NFL referees out.

The billboards depict the referees doing a "hands to the face" call while wearing a giant cheesehead, indicating they were Packers fans.

According to some reports, there are at least seven billboards around the metro Detroit area. The billboards are expected to run until the end of the week.

The Lions lost a heartbreaker Monday against the Packers, with the NFL later admitting its late fourth-quarter call on Trey Flowers for hands to the face shouldn't have been a foul. It cost the Lions 15 yards and resulted in the Packers getting a field goal to win the game, 23-22.

It's not the first time Lions fans have used billboards to express their unhappiness. When former Lions player Ndamukong Suh was up for free agency, several digital billboards reading only "$uh?" popped up around the city.
