Alabama and Ohio State have been the leading producers of NFL talent this decade, and that was on display in Week 1.
According to the NFL, the Crimson Tide and Buckeyes combined to have 100 players on rosters in Week 1. Alabama led the way with 56, and Ohio State was second with 44.

Alabama led all teams with six running backs, including former Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry. Alabama has become an NFL pipeline under coach Nick Saban, producing 83 NFL Draft picks and 28 first-round picks since 2010.
Ohio State has produced 62 NFL Draft picks and 15 first-rounders since 2010, a nod to the upgrade in recrutiing under former coach Urban Meyer that should continue with first-year coach Ryan Day.
