Week 10 college football scores, highlights from Saturday's games image

Bedlam proved to be just that on Saturday afternoon.

No. 5 Oklahoma topped No. 11 Oklahoma State in a wild 62-52 rivalry game. Sooners quarterback Baker Mayfield threw for 598 yards and five touchdowns, while Mason Rudolph tallied 448 yards and five scores for the Cowboys in the losing effort.

Elsewhere, unranked Iowa blew out Ohio State 55-24 at home, while No. 7 Penn State lost its second straight contest, this time falling to No. 24 Michigan State. Penn State was defeated by Ohio State last week

No. 2 Alabama, No. 4 Clemson and No. 10 Miami also notched victories over ranked opponents this week.

11:27 p.m.: No. 10 Miami tops No. 13 Virginia Tech 28-10 to move to 8-0 on the year. 

11:18 p.m.: Final score- No. 2 Alabama 24, No. 19 LSU 10

11:11 p.m.: USC opens the scoring against Arizona by blocking a punt and returning it 11 yards for a touchdown. 

11:00 p.m.: Chris Evans adds another long touchdown for Michigan against Minnesota. 

10:43 p.m.: There’ve been five total turnovers in the game between Miami and Virginia Tech. This time, Jaquan Johnson picks off VT quarterback Josh Jackson. Miami leads 21-10 with 14:55 remaining.

10:27 p.m.: LSU running back Darrel Williams takes a snap in the wildcat and runs 51-yards to the Alabama 2. He punches it into the end zone two plays later to make the score 21-10. 

10:21 p.m.: Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts keeps it himself and runs into the end zone for a score. The Crimson Tide now lead 21-3 with 2:55 left in the third quarter.

10:16 p.m.: Miami quarterback Malik Rosier has thrown three interceptions, but the Hurricanes still lead 14-10 with 9:01 to play in the third quarter.

9:43 p.m.: Miami carries a 14-3 lead over Miami into halftime. 

9:34 p.m.: Alabama leads LSU 14-3 at the half of their rivalry game.

9:15 p.m.: Karan Higdon breaks off a 77-yard run for Michigan against Minnesota. 

9:09 p.m.: It’s snowing in Wyoming. 

8:59 p.m.: Alabama punches it in again and they now lead LSU 14-0.

8:50 p.m.: Ronnie Harrison with an interception for Alabama. The Crimson Tide leads 7-0 at the end of the first quarter.

8:31 p.m.: Alabama gets on the board first and takes a 7-0 first quarter lead over LSU.

8:17 p.m.: Oklahoma seals a victory over Oklahoma State with a 53-yard touchdown run by Trey Sermon with under 50 seconds to play. 

7:55 p.m.: Oklahoma State scores again. The Cowboys trail Oklahoma 55-52 with 5:03 to play. 

7:47 p.m.: Ray Ray McCloud had this 77 yard punt return in Clemson’s 38-31 win over N.C. State today.

7:26 p.m.: A quarterback was ejected for targeting…

7:16 p.m.: Final Score- Iowa 55, No. 6 Ohio State 24. Nathan Stanley had this nifty touchdown pass earlier in the game. 

7:05 p.m.: Down goes Penn State. Michigan State kicks a field goal as time expires to pull out a 27-24 win.

7:03 p.m.: Washington State seals a win over Stanford with an interception. 

6:51 p.m.: Josh Jackson pulls in a one-handed interception of J.T. Barrett. Iowa currently leads 48-17.

6:45 p.m.: Georgia tops South Carolina 24-10 and moves to 9-0 on the year. 

6:44 p.m.: Mike Gesicki had some real air time here. 

6:32 p.m.: Washington St. retakes the lead over Stanford.

6:27 p.m.: Jake Bentley somehow escaped this tackle.

6:20 p.m.: Tavien Feaster takes it all the way for an 89-yard touchdown.

6:18 p.m.: Penn State takes the lead on this long touchdown pass with time expiring in the third quarter.

6:15 p.m.: It’s a fake. Iowa moved all the way to the Ohio State 2-yard line on this fake punt. They later scored to take a 38-17 lead.

5:58 p.m.: That happened fast. Stanford jumps a route and returns the interception the 51 yards for a pick-6. Stanford leads 21-14 with 2:28 remaining in the third quarter. 

5:52 p.m.: There’s been lots of scoring in Stillwater so far. 

5:49 p.m.: If it works, it works.

5:42 p.m.: Stanley Morgan Jr. with an impressive catch for Nebraska.

5:38 p.m.: Jake Fromm with the perfectly thrown ball to put Georgia ahead by two touchdowns.

5:27 p.m. ET—Baker Mayfield hits wide receiver Marquise "Hollywood" Brown and it winds up g going for an 84-yard touchdown to put Oklahoma up 28-17 in Bedlam. 

5:09 p.m. ET—Unranked Iowa just went ahead 24-17 late in the second quarter against No. 6 Ohio State after this 25-yard touchdown pass from Nate Stanley to Noah Fant. 

 

 

4:54 p.m ET—It's game on again in East Lansing and Michigan State didn't waste any time, tying up the score against No. 7 Penn State. 

 

 

4:52 p.m. ET—Mason Rudolph goes up top and Oklahoma State wide receiver Marcell snags it over a defender. The Cowboys retake the lead up 10-7 with 7:01 to play in the first quarter against rival Oklahoma. 

 

 

4:46 p.m. ET—There wasn't a defender in Oklahoma fullback Dimitri Flowers' zip code on this bomb from quarterback Baker Mayfield. 

 

 

4:42 p.m. ET—North Carolina State's Jaylen Samuels snags a touchdown pass with one hand to put the Wolfpack ahead 21-14 against No. 4 Clemson. 

 

 

4:31 p.m. ET—Tony Jones Jr. gives No. 3 Notre Dame a two-touchdown lead against Wake Forest. 

 

 

4:27 p.m ET.—West Virginia wideout Will Grier let it rip on this long touchdown pass to put the Mountaineers up 17-0 in the first half against Iowa State. 

 

 

4:24 p.m. ET—Heisman hopeful running back Stanford Bryce Love sat out last week, but he's back and looking better than ever against Washington State. 

 

 

4:13 p.m. ET—Oklahoma  quarterback Baker Mayfield is picked off on the Sooner's first third down against the Oklahoma State. 

 

 

4:01 p.m. ET—Syracuse misses a 43-yard field goal and falls 27-24 against Syracuse. For the 3-5 Seminoles, it's their first home win of the season. 

 

 

3:56 p.m. ET—Clemson's Ray-Ray McCloud might've just registerd the return of the year, breaking six tackles on his way to evening the score at 7-7 on the road againt North Carolina State. 

3:50 p.m. ET—This isn't exactly the way Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett wanted to start things against Iowa after leading the Buckeyes to a big upset of Penn State last week. 

 

 

3:44 p.m. ET—North Carolina State has upset on its mind after Ryan Finley and Kelvin Harmon hook up for a 40-yard touchdown to give the Wolfpack and early 7-0 lead. 

3:33 p.m. ET—Syracuse quarterback finds Eric Dungey finds target Steve Ishmael in one-on-one coverage with Florida State's Tavares McFadden for a long pass to set up a 3-yard TD run and pull the Orangemen to within three at 27-24 late. 

3:10 p.m. ET—MIssissippi State's Deddrick Thomas take a punt back 83 yards for a score and the Bulldogs lead UMass 34-23 with 5:00 remaining. 

 

 

3:02 p.m. ET—And it's another delay for Penn State-Michigan State. 

 

 

2:31 p.m. ET—The Penn State-Michigan State re-start time gets pushed back even further.

2:16 p.m. ET—Welp, we've got a re-start time for the Penn State-Michigan State game. It's going to be a while. 

 

 

1:28 p.m. ET—Texas Tech covered 3/4 the field on this touchdown pass to pull to within three of Kansas State with 7:26 remaining in the second quarter. 

 

 

1:28 p.m. ET—Auburn comes up with a blocked punt and recovers it in end zone to take a 21-13 lead into the half against Texas A&M. 

1:26 p.m. ET—Florida State freshman Cam Akers is putting on a show. Here he is striking for his second long touchdown run of the game, going 63 yards for a score to put the Seminoles up a couple scores midway though the second quarter against Syracuse. 

 

 

1:15 p.m. ET—Officials interrupt the game between No. 7 Penn State and No. 24 Michigan State for a weather delay due to lightning. Players, coaches and fans are reporting to the locker room. Teams won't be permitted back onto the field in East Lansing, Mich. until no lightning has been seen for 30 minutes. The Nittany Lions lead 14-7. The Spartans will be facing a second-and-4 from the PSU 37-yard line when play resumes. 

 

 

1:04 p.m. ET—Florida State freshman running back Cam Akers goes 54 yards for his second rushing touchdown of the season. Florida State leads Syracuse 14-0 with 13:38 to play in the second quarter. 

 

 

12:56 p.m. ET—The Nittany Lions go for it on fourth down and Saeed Blacknall does the rest to put his team ahead 14-7 late in the first quarter against Michigan State. 

 

 

12: 53 p.m. ET—Michigan State evens things up at 7-7 against Penn State on this 7-yard touchdown pass from Brian Lewerke to Darrell Stewart Jr. with 3:28 left in the first quarter. 

 

 

12:52 p.m.ET—Don't look now, but UMass is up 13-10 against No. 16 Mississippi State after Isaiah Rodgers picks off Nick Fitzgerald and returns it 29 yards for a score. 

12:39 p.m. ET—Penn State quarterback Trace McSorely caps off a 92-yard drive with a 31-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton. The Nittany Lions lead Michigan State 7-0 with 5:40 remaining in the first quarter. 

 

12:30 p.m. ET—Florida State quartrback James Blackman goes deep and finds wide receiver Nyqwan Murray for a 51-yard touchdown. Florida State is up 7-0 against Syracuse at the 10:02 mark of the first quarter. 

12:21 p.m. ET—Missouri gets on the board first againt Florida when quarterback Drew Lock links up with tight end Kendall Blanton from five yards out. 

12:11 p.m. ET—Mississppi State's J.T. Gray picks off UMass quarterback Ross Comis and takes it back 58 yards to give the Bulldogs a 7-0 lead with 13:42 to play in the first quarter
