Colorado has become a must-watch team in 2024, with two-way star Travis Hunter playing a significant role in the excitement surrounding the Buffaloes.
However, in Saturday night's matchup between Colorado and No. 18 Kansas State, Hunter left the game with an apparent injury.
If Hunter misses any time, it could be a massive blow on both sides of the ball for Colorado, which has continued to turn toward the wide receiver/cornerback hybrid for big plays.
Here are the latest updates on Hunter's status after leaving the game vs. Kansas State on Saturday.

With the game tied at seven in the second quarter, Hunter went back to the locker room with Colorado's medical staff. The ESPN broadcast described Hunter's injury as "right shoulder pain," and said he was grimacing while going to the sidelines.

Through the early action in the matchup, Hunter had three catches for 26 yards in a significant matchup on the Buffaloes' 2024 schedule.
Shortly after leaving for the locker room, Hunter returned to the team's sideline, but he then returned to the locker room for a second time.
It remains to be seen if Hunter will return to the field in Saturday's game. Because he plays a significant amount of snaps on both offense and defense, Deion Sanders will have to turn toward other players to step up on both sides of the ball if Hunter isn't healthy enough to play.
