SEC Media Days 2019: TV schedules, location, team dates and players attending image

The Southeastern Conference helps kick off the unofficial start of the college football season next week with its annual media days.

This year, the questions are sure to center around Alabama after its loss to Clemson in the College Football Playoff championship to Clemson. Other topics that will likely dominate headlines include whether Georgia can finally clear the hurdle under coach Kirby Smart, Year 2 of the Dan Mullen and Jimbo Fisher eras at Florida and Texas A&M, respectively, and whether this is the year for LSU to truly challenge in the west.

Location for SEC Media Days 2019

SEC Media Days will return to the Hyatt Regency Birmingham-Wynfrey Hotel in Hoover, Ala., in 2019 after foraying into the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta last year — the first time since 1985 it wasn't held around the Birmingham, Ala., area (with the Wynfrey Hotel hosting it since 2001). That said, commissioner Greg Sankey has said he is open for the event to change locations every year, including Nashville, Tenn., and Dallas.

SEC Media Days will be televised on ESPN and the SEC Network, starting each day's coverage with "SEC Now." The show will broadcast live from Birmingham featuring hosts Peter Burns and Dari Nowkhah, with coaches from all 14 SEC teams scheduled to join the set following their podium trips.
