Houston police said sports reporter Courtney Roland was in a "state of confusion" when they located her near a city overpass Monday morning.
"She's still having problems with her memory," said Houston police during a press conference Monday afternoon.
Police said they believe her confusion to be a result of a reaction to medication.
They did not, however, reveal the type of medication.
