It seems Jim Harbaugh will remain a Michigan man, and Ohio State couldn't be happier.

Multiple reports late Thursday suggested that Harbaugh was close to finalizing a five-year extension that would see him make $4 million in base salary per year, and up to $8 million per year in incentives. The news came after weeks of speculation regarding his future as the Wolverines coach following a 2-4 season and reported interest from NFL teams.

Ohio State's official football account saw the news and immediately took the opportunity to dunk on Michigan:

That's not even the worst of it. After Bleacher Report's revelation, the Buckeyes doubled down with an image of a smirking Trey Sermon:

Oof.

Ohio State has room to brag, though. The Buckeyes are 5-0 all time against Harbaugh since he took over at Michigan in 2015, part of a stretch in which they have won four straight Big Ten championships. Those five wins have come by an average of 19 points per game, which includes just a three-point double-overtime victory in 2016.

Ohio State — even with COVID-19 forcing the cancellation of "The Game" — notched a win against Michigan.
