Michigan walked away with a big 38-13 win over Wisconsin in a pivotal Big Ten matchup at The Big House.
With Saturday's loss, the Wisconsin suffered its second loss and is eliminated from College Football Playoff contention. No two-loss team has every made the Playoff.

Michigan quarterback Shea Patterson passed for 124 yards, no interceptions and ran in a 7-yard touchdown. He even had an impressive 81-yard run to open the second quarter, which led to a Karan Higdon touchdown. Higdon rushed for more than 100 yards in his fifth consecutive game of the season and for the 10th time in his career.
Wisconsin quarterback Alex Hornibrook struggled all night. He was sacked twice by the Michigan defense, which contributed to him completing 7 of 20 passes for two interceptions (one a pick-six). Badgers receiver Kendric Pryor had a 33-yard touchdown run in the second and A.J. Taylor caught a 3-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter, but it was too late for the Badgers.
Michigan will take on Michigan State next and Wisconsin will look to turn things around against Illinois.
