Mike Locksley scored the biggest recruiting victory of his tenure at Maryland.

The Terrapins coach flipped 2020 five-star wide receiver Rakim Jarrett (St. John's College High School, Washington, D.C.) from LSU during the early signing period Wednesday.

Jarrett is the No. 2 receiver and No. 20 overall player according to 247Sports. Jarrett previously committed to play at LSU in April. The only receiver ranked higher is Ohio State signee Julian Fleming, the No. 2 overall player in the 2020 class.

Jarrett, a 6-foot, 208-pound receiver, boasts an impressive highlight tape.

It's a big get for Locksley, who's looking to bounce back after leading Maryland to a 3-9 record in his first season.
