Texas A&M quarterback Kellen Mond scored on an incredible 90-yard run, but it unfortunately did not count in the official stats.
That's because a referee called Mond out of bounds early, even though it was very clear the QB stayed in. To the ref's credit, the play was kind of close as Mond was able to remain inbounds despite a defender attempting to tackle him, but video evidence shows his feet stay within the green.

It's a little hard to see from that angle, so let's look from the back.

His foot clearly remained in, and what makes matters worse is the ref was right there.
Instead of a 90-yard touchdown run, the play ended up being a 79-yard run. The Aggies were unable to find the endzone on that drive, and instead opted to kick a field goal. So the ref's bad call effectively cost A&M four points.
UPDATE: The SEC released a statement on the play, saying the ref got the call wrong.

Once a play is ruled dead, the play can't be reviewed. But why not let the run play out, and then review it? If he stepped out, you can reverse the call, but if he stayed in, you didn't ruin a team's chance at scoring.
