You can’t expect to steal a treasured piece of football history from Texas A&M and get away with it.
Texas A&M police announced on Twitter Thursday that they have identified a suspect in connection with the disappearance of the Johnny Manziel football uniform from the Hall of Champions, Kyle Field’s 30,000-square foot museum containing items from the school's athletic history.

Police said a man entered the museum (without using force), undressed the mannequin wearing the uniform and walked out, the Bryan-College Station Eagle reported.
Police valued the uniform at $925.
Manziel enjoyed a historic two-year career with the Aggies football program. He became the first freshman to win the Heisman Trophy in 2012 when he accounted for 47 touchdowns (26 passing, 21 rushing) and led Texas A&M to an 11-2 record and a win over Oklahoma in the Cotton Bowl.
He was drafted No. 22 overall by the Cleveland Browns following the 2013 season but has since fallen out of professional football after forgettable stints (and a number of personal issues off the field) in Cleveland, the CFL and the now-defunct AAF.
