Let's look at this week's best starts, values, and sleepers for DraftKings contests.
College Fantasy Football DFS Picks: QBs
Best Start: McKenzie Milton, UCF vs Florida Atlantic ($10,500). Milton should not have any trouble moving the ball against the 108th-ranked FAU defense. With an O/U of 76, this game has the potential of a shootout.
Best Value: Jake Fromm, Georgia @ Missouri ($7,300). Fromm has not been asked to do much in Georgia's first three games (all blowouts), tut he should have a lot more opportunities this week on the road against a strong Missouri offense averaging 43 points per game.
Sleeper: Skylar Thompson, Kansas State @ West Virginia ($5,500). Thompson had his best game of the season against UTSA in Week 3 with 275 total yards and three TDs. He will get plenty of opportunities to improve on those totals this week as the Wildcats try to keep up with the Mountaneers' high-powered offense.
College Fantasy Football DraftKings Picks: RBs
Best Start: Devin Singletary, Florida Atlantic @ UCF ($8,600). After two quiet games to start the season, Singletary finally broke out in Week 3 with five TDs against Bethune-Cookman. This week he will have all the scoring opportunities he wants as the Owls try to keep up with UCF's high-octane offense.
Best Value: Damien Harris, Alabama vs. Texas A&M ($6,700). Harris has been quiet the first three games, averaging just under 60 yards per contest. But in a tougher matchup this week, against a Texas A&M offense scoring 44 points per game, the Tide may need him to start rolling.
Sleeper: Pooka Williams, Kansas @ Baylor ($5,700). Kansas's four-star freshman has been spectacular in his first two games, averaging 141 yards and scoring three TDs. The Jayhawks will continue to lean on him as they face a poor Baylor defense.
College Fantasy Football Picks: WRs
Best Start: Gary Jennings, West Virginia vs. Kansas State ($8,800). Jennings has been superb to start the season, averaging six receptions, 105 yards and two TDs per game. Expect more of the same this week as the Mountaineers host Kansas State.
Best Value: Rondale Moore, Purdue vs. Boston College ($6,900). Moore has 25 receptions for 262 yards and two TDs over Purdue's first three games. Throw in a rushing TD, and he is easily their best offensive weapon. The Boilermakers will continue to utilize Moore's all-around skills in this matchup with Boston College.
Sleeper: Mecole Hardman, Georgia @ Missouri ($5,900). With a TD in each of Georgia's first three games, Hardman has stepped up as Jake Fromm's primary WR. The Bulldogs will need to utilize their passing game this week against a high-scoring Missouri team.
