Boston College will be forced to play without its star running back.
Sophomore AJ Dillon did not travel to Raleigh, N.C., and will not play against No. 23 North Carolina State in Week 6.
This is a big loss for the Eagles. N.C. State is one of 14 teams that remain undefeated this season.

Dillon suffered an ankle injury in the third quarter of Boston College's 45-35 win over Temple on Sept. 29 and was unable to practice this week. He's ranked third in the nation with 652 rushing yards and has six touchdowns in the Eagle's first five games.
Boston College has announced that Ben Glines will start in his place.
