Grambling State is going dancing for the first time in program history.
The Tigers defeated Montana State, 88-81, in overtime of their First Four game in Dayton, Ohio, punching their ticket to the main draw of the NCAA Tournament.
Jimel Cofer led Grambling State with 19 points on 7-of-9 field-goal shooting, and Antwan Burnett and Jourdan Smith each scored 18 points.
Montana State held the lead for the majority of the game, but Grambling State took the lead back from the Bobcats with 5:39 remaining in the second half. Tra'Michael Moton had a chance to win for Grambling State the game at the buzzer, but his miss sent the game to overtime.
The Tigers outscored the Bobcats 16-9 in the extra period to seal the come-from-behind victory Wednesday.

Where is Grambling State located?
Grambling State University is located in Grambling, Louisiana, which is in the northern portion of the state.
The university is a public historically Black university, or HBCU, that was founded in 1901 by the North Louisiana Colored Agriculture Relief Association as the Colored Industrial and Agricultural School.
Grambling earned the university title in 1974 after being named Grambling College since 1946.
