Carlos Boozer was a legend at Duke, helping the Blue Devils win an NCAA title as part of his three seasons with the school.
Now, his sons will try to build off the family legacy.
Cameron and Cayden Boozer, Carlos' 17-year-old twin sons, announced their commitment to Duke basketball on Friday. The Blue Devils beat out Miami and Florida to land Cameron, the No. 2 recruit in the country, and Cayden, the No. 21 ranked recruit.

How Cameron and Cayden Boozer fit in Duke's projected 2025 roster
Cameron Boozer is the best 2025 recruit to commit to a school thus far, and both he and Cayden will likely be the focal points of the 2025 team.
Cooper Flagg, Duke's freshman star and No. 1-ranked recruit in 2024, is expected to leave college for the NBA following one season with the Blue Devils, as he has a chance to be the first player taken in the NBA draft.
Cameron is a 6-9 power forward who averaged 20.7 points and 11.2 rebounds in his high school career in Miami, Florida. He's considered to be the most fundamentally sound player in high school basketball. Cayden, meanwhile, is a 6-4 guard who averaged 14.6 points, 5.6 assists and 4.3 rebounds. He's considered to be the best passer in high school basketball.
Since the twins play such different positions, Duke should have no issues playing them together.
Duke will enter 2024 with the top recruiting class of the year, including six top 50 players and five in the top 21. While not all of those players will return next year, it does set up the possibility that the Boozers will play with some talented sophomores next season.

"I'm proud of them. They've worked their butts off for this moment," Carlos Boozer told ESPN about his twin's decision. "Really excited that they took their time. Decided to play together in college, which is amazing.
"They both complement each other so well. They made the best decision for them. Me and Mom couldn't be any prouder. It's going to be a fun journey."
