The Warriors got their first-round series off to a strong start, defeating the Nuggets in Game 1, 123-107, behind a monster performance from Jordan Poole.

Poole started in place of Stephen Curry at point guard and torched the Nuggets for 30 points, joining Hall of Famers Wilt Chamberlain (35 points) and Mitch Richmond (30) as the only players in franchise history to score 30 points in a playoff debut.

In 22 minutes off the bench, Curry added 16 points and four assists, easing his way back into the lineup after missing the Dubs' final 12 regular season games.

Can the Nuggets level the series on the road or will the Warriors take a commanding 2-0 lead?
