It got a little chilly at TD Garden on Tuesday night.

As the Hawks looked to stave off elimination in Game 5 of their first-round series with the Celtics, it was Trae Young that capped a 38-point night — and a 23-8 Atlanta run — with a game-winning stepback 3-pointer over the outstretched arm of Jaylen Brown.

Oh, and Atlanta's last 14 points in the game? All Young.

Young, as confident as ever, returned to Atlanta's bench doing his signature "Ice Trae" celebration as a stunned Boston crowd looked on.

More than just the typical game-winner, the stakes were a bit higher as Young sank his triple — Atlanta, which entered the game facing a 3-1 series deficit, knew its season was on the line.

On top of facing elimination, the Hawks were without Young's backcourt mate, Dejounte Murray, who was serving a one-game suspension for making contact with an official after the Hawks' Game 4 loss.

And while the majority of the 19,000-plus fans in attendance were left speechless, the sports world was quick to take to Twitter to share their amazement.

Among those to react to Young's shot was Murray, who claims that Young called his shot in more ways than one. Young made sure to share a motivational message of his own.

Perhaps the most interesting reaction comes from Philadelphia, where Joel Embiid and the 76ers will get at least two more days of rest as they await the winner of the series.
