Four exciting Quarterfinals later, the four semi-finalists are set for the Women's Basketball Draw at the Tokyo Olympics.

A tightly-contested battle finished with the reigning EuroBasket Champions came out top against the Olympic 'regulars'.
In a game with six lead changes and 14 ties, Serbia came back from a nine-point third-quarter deficit and clinched the game by outscoring China 28-12 in the final quarter.
Jelena Brooks was one of three double-digit scorers for Serbia as she finished with 18 points on 7-of-13 shooting from the field. Sonja Vasic was the team's second-highest scorer and the biggest contributor with 16 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block.
For China, who turned the ball over 23 times, Ting Shao was the top scorer with 17 points and one of three to score in double digits. She also finished with six rebounds, five assists and three steals.

After a day off, Serbia's great run will go up against the reigning six-time gold medalists in Team USA in the Semifinals.
USA 79, Australia 55
A dominant effort by Team USA saw them cruise past Australia.
A 20-6 burst in the first quarter, which included 17 unanswered, opened the game up and from there, Team USA never gave up control of the game. Breanna Stewart was the game's scoring leader with 23 points in 24 minutes on an incredible 8-of-10 shooting efficiency. That's not all, she was also recorded five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal.
Team USA led this one by as many as 29, making the most of Australia's 20 turnovers by scoring 21 points off them. This victory extends their unbeaten streak at the Olympics to 53 games.
For the Opals, Leilani Mitchell top-scored with 14 points while also recording six assists, three rebounds and two steals. Cayla George, with 11, was the other double-digit scorer.

In their quest for their seventh consecutive gold medal, Team USA will face Serbia in the semifinal.
Japan 86, Belgium 85
An easy selection for one of the best games of the tournament. It came down to the final second (literally) and was decided by the one point.

In the end, the hosts and the reigning four-time Asia Cup Champions prevailed and have punched their tickets to the Semifinals for the first time ever. Maki Takada (19 points, two assists) and Yuki Miyazawa (21 points, three steals, two assists).
For Belgium, who are rising powerhouse in Women's Basketball, 2019 WNBA Finals MVP Emma Meesseman was the star performer with 25 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, three steals and three blocks.

The hosts advance to the semifinals and will face France to extend their best-ever run at the Olympics.
France 67, Spain 64
In yet another furious finish that came down to the wire, France holds off Spain for a three-point victory.
With an opportunity to tie things up late, a 3-point attempt for Spain came up short, and France emerged as the victor. The French national team was led by Marine Johannes, who finished with a game-high 18 points on 8-for-16 shooting, while Alix Ducher scored eight points to go along with a game-high five assists.

The Spanish National Team was led by a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double from Astou Ndour, but it ultimately wasn't enough, as the team shot 5-for-22 (22.7 percent) from deep.
