Following the Warriors' Game 5 win over the Celtics in the 2022 NBA Finals, Stephen Curry had the perfect response to some trolling that's come from opposing fans.
Rewind a week to when the series was in Boston, where a sports bar just miles away from TD Garden used its outdoor chalkboard to display a message that "Ayesha Curry can't cook," challenging the culinary skills of Curry's wife.

The playful jab isn't exactly random, as Ayesha Curry has hosted multiple cooking shows, written cookbooks and started a meal-kit delivery service, among other endeavors in the cooking realm.

As a response to the bar's message, Stephen Curry attended his postgame press conference wearing a shirt that read "Ayesha Curry CAN cook," something he likely can attest to firsthand.

Naturally, Curry was asked about his shirt and why he chose to wear it, to which he responded, "you gotta ask around the room and ask Twitter."

Whether they admit it or not, most players in today's game are active on social media and well aware of viral content that circulates. A superstar of Curry's caliber is clearly no exception.
It's on record that Curry will sometimes take to Twitter at halftime of games to read what's being said about him, which could be the reason behind Golden State's tendency to deliver so many dominant performances after the break.

Given Curry's social-media awareness, it's probably not a coincidence that he delivered a virtuoso performance in Boston the day after the photo of the bar's sign went viral.

Sometimes even the smallest things can get the all-time greats going, and we're seeing that in real-time with Curry, whose Warriors are now just one win away from capturing the 2022 NBA title.
We'll see if Curry is saving one more special performance for the Boston fans, as the Warriors have an opportunity to close the Celtics out at TD Garden in Game 6.
