As a father of two young girls, Stephen Curry is making it his priority to support a basketball future for all.
The Warriors star hosted a free, two-day basketball camp Aug.13-14 for girls and young women in the Bay Area that included a shooting competition, autographs, photos with the Larry O'Brien Trophy, and a panel discussion featuring successful women in the sports industry.
Curry was hands-on with the campers, walking them through his own competitive shooting drills and cheering them on as they put his examples into action. Campers also were given the opportunity to have their picture taken with Curry and the Larry O'Brien Trophy.

Camp concluded with a timed shooting competition. The winner, Amanda Kerner, said, "it was the best thing in my life that ever happened."
Kerner made 20 shots in two minutes, including a buzzer-beater to win the shooting contest and provoke a huge reaction from the two-time MVP.
