It will be the Missasauga native's fourth NBA team since being drafted by the Sacramento Kings 8th overall in the 2014 NBA draft.
His best season in the NBA came in 2016-17 with the Philadelphia 76ers when he was consistently part of the rotation and was allowed to show his ability to not only shoot but make plays too. He averaged 9.5 points, 2.4 assists coming off the bench for Brett Brown's team.
After starting the 2017-18 season with the 76ers, Stauskas was sent to the Brooklyn Nets alongside Jahili Oakfor.
In 35 appearances for the Nets, the sharpshooter averaged 5.1 points, shooting 40% from three-point range.
All signings will not be official until the end of the NBA moratorium period on 6 July.
