The Toronto Raptors handled the Philadelphia 76ers 108-95 to earn a Game 1 win to take a 1-0 series lead.

Kawhi Leonard scored a new playoff career-high of 45 points to help Toronto earn just their third Game 1 win in franchise history.

If you missed any of the game's action, we had you covered below with live score updates, highlights and stats from throughout the game…

Toronto Raptors vs. Philadelphia 76ers

Final: Raptors 108, 76ers 95

The Raptors came away with the win behind Kawhi Leonard's playoff career-high 45 points. Pascal Siakam went for 29 points and even though the 76ers' starters all scored in double figures, none scored more than 20 points leaving them needing more to keep up with Leonard's pace.

Just over the midway point of the final frame, the Raptors remain in the lead 103-87. Philly still has no answer for Kawhi Leonard, who is up to 41 points in the contest.

End of third quarter: Raptors 92, 76ers 81

The Raptors remain in command with an 11-point lead but they can't put the 76ers away.

J.J. Redick's 15 points in the quarter is what kept Philly alive in this one, not allowing his team to get out of striking distance. Kawhi Leonard is up to 36 points for the Raptors while Pascal Siakam trails him with 29 points.

A massive block by Kawhi Leonard leads to a fast break dunk from Pascal Siakam. After coming up with a stop on the ensuing possession, Leonard found Danny Green open in the corner for a 3-pointer to force a 76ers timeout. Raptors lead at 86-70 with 3:17 left in the quarter.

Also worth noting, Kyle Lowry is on the bench with four fouls.

A 10-0 run puts the Raptors' lead back up to 14 at 78-64 with seven minutes remaining in the third. Kyle Lowry has sparked the run with a couple solid plays on the defensive end and a couple buckets.

J.J. Redick has the hot hand to start the second half. He has 12 points, all in the third quarter, coming on four 3-pointers doing what he does best.

The 76ers still trail 74-64 after a technical foul assessed on Redick for arguing a foul call.

Halftime: Raptors 61, 76ers 52

The Raptors take a nine-point lead into the half but they 76ers can't feel too bad about where they stand. Toronto shot 57.1% from the field in the first half and Kawhi Leonard scored 27 points, a playoff career-high for points in a half.

Joel Embiid (12 points), Tobias Harris (12 points) and Ben Simmons (10 points) did the bulk of the scoring for Philly. The 76ers had eight first half turnovers to the Raptors three, putting them at a disadvantage between that and Toronto's efficiency.

The 76ers had a chance to take the lead but failed to capitalize and the Raptors took advantage. A 7-0 run capped off by a smooth finish at the rim from Kawhi Leonard puts Toronto up 49-41.

And just like that, the 76ers are right back in it. An 8-3 run to start the second quarter forces the Raptors to take a timeout, holding on to a slim 42-39 lead.

Joel Embiid's four points helped the run, but this Ben Simmons slam sparked some energy into his team.

End of first quarter: Raptors 39, 76ers 31

The Raptors played a near-perfect first frame, going 16-for-22 (72.7%) from the field with zero turnovers. The 76ers' starters narrowed the deficit when checking in for their second stint, keeping things close despite a combined 34 points from Kawhi Leonard and Pascal Siakam in the first quarter.

Joel Embiid checks back into the game, knocks down a 3-pointer then throws down this monster dunk!

Everything is falling for Toronto to start the game. They hit 13 consecutive field goals to take a 33-21 lead with 2:33 remaining in the quarter, taking it to the 76ers' second unit. Kawhi Leonard's 15 points and Pascal Siakam's 13 points leads the way.

A 9-0 run by the Raptors give them an 11-7 lead early in this one. They're scoring at the rim with ease, forcing 76ers' head coach Brett Brown to take a timeout.

This is how these starting units are matching up out of the gates.

Pregame

The starting lineups are in and there are no surprises.

The Raptors will go with Kyle Lowry, Danny Green, Kawhi Leonard, Pascal Siakam and Marc Gasol.

The 76ers will start Ben Simmons, J.J. Redick, Jimmy Butler, Tobias Harris and Joel Embiid.
