There were four games with plenty of action and drama in another exciting slate from the NBA Playoffs.

The Philadelphia 76ers took a 3-1 lead in the series after their second consecutive win in Brooklyn, the Denver Nuggets evened the series with the San Antonio Spurs with a big road win, the Milwaukee Bucks continued their domination of the Detroit Pistons despite Blake Griffin's return and James Harden led a fourth quarter comeback after a slow shooting startin Utah.

Houston Rockets 104, Utah Jazz 101 (Houston leads 3-0)

James Harden overcame a horrendous first three quarters to score 14 points on 3-for-6 shooting from the field in the final frame to lead the Rockets to victory.

Houston is now one win away from a potential rematch of last year's Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors.

End of third quarter:  Jazz 76, Rockets 74

This is not a drill – James Harden still has not converted a field goal. He is 0-for-14 from the field, 0-for-8 from three and has eight points on 8-for-10 shooting from the free throw line.

Donovan Mitchell's 25 points leads the way for Utah.


Halftime:  Jazz 55, Rockets 50

James Harden is yet to record a field goal in this game, shooting 0-for-10 from the field.

Rudy Gobert is showing why he's a Defensive Player of the Year contender with five blocks in the first half.

Donovan Mitchell came ready to play in this one – the Jazz's phenom guard scored 13 points in the first quarter to get off to a hot start.

Bucks 119, Pistons 103 (Milwaukee leads 3-0)

The Bucks are now one win away from the franchise's first postseason series victory since 2001.

It was yet another dominant performance from Milwaukee, who is averaging 120.0 points per game in the series.

End of third quarter:  Bucks 100, Pistons 78

Milwaukee heads into the final frame with a 22-point lead over Detroit.

Brook Lopez and Eric Bledsoe have each scored 17 points to lead the Bucks while Khris Middleton has scored 16. Giannis Antetokounmpo has added 12 points and nine rebounds in 21 minutes of action.

Blake Griffin continues to fight through clear discomfort, as he's scored a team-high 23 points for the Pistons, who have shot 26-for-70 (37.1%) as a team.

Halftime:  Bucks 67, Pistons 54

Brook Lopez leads the way with 15 points as the Bucks are well on their way to another dominant offensive performance. Milwaukee has shot 52.1% from the field and 40.9% from 3-point range as six different players have scored at least eight points in the half.


In his return from injury, Blake Griffin has scored 15 points for the Pistons, while Wayne Ellington has scored 11 points while shooting 3-for-4 from long range.

End of first quarter:  Bucks 32, Pistons 24

Led by nine points from reserve forward Ersan Ilyasova, the Bucks take an eight-point lead into the second quarter.


MVP-candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo has yet to get on the board as he is 0-for-2 from the field.

Blake Griffin is back and has made his presence felt early with two buckets in the first quarter to go along with three assists.

Nuggets 117, Spurs 103 (Series tied 2-2)

This series is headed back to Denver tied 2-2 as the Nuggets earn their first win at the AT&T Center since March 4, 2012.

The Nuggets were led by a near triple-double from Nikola Jokic, who finished with 29 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists.


Jamal Murray added 24 points (on 8-for-14 shooting) to go along with six assists and in his first playoff start, Torrey Craig provided a big boost with 18 points (on 6-for-9 shooting) and eight rebounds.

24 points from LaMarcus Aldridge led the way for San Antonio, who also benefitted from 19 points from DeMar DeRozan.

End of third quarter:  Nuggets 91, Spurs 79

The Nuggets used a 37-point third quarter to take a 12-point lead into the final frame.

Nikola Jokic has a game-high 27 points to go along with 11 rebounds and seven assists while Jamal Murray has 19 points (on 7-for-10 shooting).

LaMarcus Aldridge leads the way for the Spurs with 24 points, DeMar DeRozan has added 17 points and five assists.

Halftime:  Nuggets 54, Spurs 54

Denver outscores San Antonio 29-20 in the second frame to tie things up at the half.

All-Star Nikola Jokic added another eight points in the second to bring his team-high total to 16 points at the half.


The duo of LaMarcus Aldrige (17 points) and DeMar DeRozan (13 points) have combined to score 30 of the Spurs' 54 points. 


End of first quarter:  Spurs 34, Nuggets 25

San Antonio used a red-hot first quarter (68.4% shooting) to build a nine-point

13 points from LaMarcus Aldridge leads the way for the Spurs, who have also gotten eight points from DeMar DeRozan.


Nikola Jokic leads Denver with eight points and five rebounds, but the team is shooting 9-for-25 (36.0%) from the field.

This home game marks the Spurs' 200th home playoff game in franchise history.


76ers 112, Nets 108 (Philadelphia leads 3-1)

Final:  76ers 112, Nets 108

The Nets failed to hold on to a 10-point lead late in the fourth quarter as the 76ers capped off the chaotic Game 4 with a comeback win.

Mike Scott was the hero in this one as his 3-pointer with just under 20 seconds to go was the dagger to give Philly the edge.


End of third quarter:  Nets 91, 76ers 85

Brooklyn holds onto its six-point lead after an eventful third quarter. 

Caris LeVert still leads all scorers with 24 points after three while Spencer Dinwiddie used a hot hand to score 10 points in the third (on 4-for-5 shooting)


A hard foul from Joel Embiid on Jarrett Allen causes tempers to flare; Philadelphia's Jimmy Butler and Brooklyn's Jared Dudley are ejected as a result.

20 points from Tobias Harris leads the way for Philadelphia, who has also gotten 19 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks from Embiid.

Halftime:  Nets 63, 76ers 57

One half is in the books and the Nets take a six-point lead into the break.

Caris Levert's 16 points lead the way for Brooklyn, who has also benefitted from 15 first-half points from Jarrett Allen.


Three other Nets have scored at least eight points, including Jared Dudley who has also dished out five assists. He's brought the fire, too.


Tobias Harris leads the way for Philadelphia with 14 points, while Jimmy Butler and Joel Embiit have scored 11 points apiece.

End of first quarter: Nets 33, 76ers 24

It's been the Caris LeVert show early in this one.

Starting in place of DeMarre Carroll, LeVert is already up to 11 points and two assists. Two of those points came on a nice dunk on Joel Embiid...


...and one of those assists came on a slick pass to Jarrett Allen.


Tobias Harris, meanwhile, leads the 76ers in scoring with eight points. He's picked up from where he left off in Game 3.
