The 2021 NBA All-Star Game takes place on Sunday, March 7 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA.

In addition to making the first All-Star Game of his young career, New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson will be making the first All-Star start of his career, as he's been selected to replace Philadelphia 76ers centre Joel Embiid, who will miss the game due to the league's health and safety protocols.

Williamson (20 years, 244 days) is the fourth-youngest player to participate in an All-Star Game in league history. In just his second NBA season, Williamson is averaging 25.6 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists for the Pelicans, who entered the All-Star break three games out of the Western Conference's 10th seed.

The 20-year-old is one of five first-time All-Stars in 2021, joining Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown, Utah Jazz guard Mike Conley, Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine and New York Knicks forward Julius Randle.

In addition to Sunday's All-Star Game, the day will also feature the Taco Bell Skills Challenge and MTN DEW 3-Point Contest before the game and the AT&T Slam Dunk at halftime of the game. The pregame skills challenges begin at 6:30 p.m. ET, with tip-off scheduled for 8:00 p.m. ET.
