Finals

10:29 p.m. — Gate City, Va. stand up.

Mac McClung throws on his high school jersey and earns his third perfect score of the night… captivating everyone in attendance.

10:27 p.m. — We get a 360 windmill from Trey Murphy III, who leaves the door open for Mac McClung … only partly.

Murphy's dunk gets a 49.2, which brings his total to 99.0.

10:25 p.m. — Mac McClung has done it again.

He again clears someone's head, takes the ball from them and does a double double-pump, earning a perfect score.

10:23 p.m. — Trey Murphy III has set the bar high.

Murphy goes between the legs on the lob, catches it mid-air and completes the windmill. Not off the glass, not off the bounce, but a lob in the air. He's getting creative.

First Round

10:19 p.m. — The Finals are set with Mac McClung and Trey Murphy III turning in the highest composite score in Round 1.

Murphy will get the finals underway.

10:14 p.m. — Jericho Sims gets a prop involved and again puts his arm in the rim, removing a card that reads "50."

The dunk earns him a 47.8

Mac McClung is back to wrap up Round 1.

10:10 p.m. — Trey Murphy III polls the judges and the crowd on whether or not he should do a tomahawk or a windmill… then he gets it done.

Murphy is 2-for-2 on his attempts and turns in an impressive backscratcher-windmill combo.

10:08 p.m. — Kenyon Martin Jr. enlists the help of his dad, Kenyon Martin Sr.

The elder Martin tosses a 3-D printed ball off the glass to his son, who came with some flash on the finish.

10:02 p.m. — Mac McClung has arrived!

McClung's dunk is a bit too complex to even explain, you'll have to see this one to believe it. Over two people and a tap on the backboard…

9:59 p.m. — It took three attempts, but Kenyon Martin Jr. turned in an impressive dunk, coming from one side of the baseline, catching a lob under the goal and finishing on the other side.

The dunk earns him a 46.0.

9:56 p.m. — It's difficult for big men, but Jericho Sims made it look pretty good.

Sims tossed a lob to himself off the glass and put both arms in the rim, something we haven't seen before.

9:54 p.m. — We've got a Grand Theft Alvarado!

Trey Murphy III enlists the help of Pelicans teammate Jose Alvarado, who pulls off his trademark defensive move to set up an alley-oop off the glass.

Murphy didn't disappoint with the finish, either, completing a 360 with his head above the rim.

9:50 p.m. — The main event is here.

Trey Murphy III will go first.
