Believe it or not, 2K Day is almost here.

It has been a whirlwind of an offseason with Olympic basketball right on the tail of the NBA Finals, NBA Draft and free agency. Before we know it, teams will be reporting to training camp for the 2024-25 season.

That means the release of NBA 2K25 is right around the corner, set for Friday, Sept. 6.

Celtics NBA champion Jayson Tatum will don the cover, building on a productive offseason that included an Olympic gold medal and a five-year, $315 million contract extension — the richest in NBA history.
