The Nuggets have been sitting atop the Western Conference standings since late December, but they have run into some trouble as of late.
Brooklyn handed Denver its third straight loss on March 12, leaving the Nuggets with only their second three-game losing streak of the season. To make matters worse, Jamal Murray was unable to finish the contest because of a knee issue.
Here's everything we know about Murray's injury and the latest news on when he may return to the court.

What is Jamal Murray's injury?
Murray was forced to sit out the fourth quarter of the Nuggets' matchup with the Nets because of left knee soreness. The Denver Post's Mike Singer noted that trainers were examining Murray's knee on the bench.
Trainers were just looking at Jamal Murray’s left knee on the bench. And now he’s got a wrap on it. Saw him try to get up and work out whatever it is. pic.twitter.com/QYpdZMcI47

Murray finished with 16 points (5-of-19 shooting) and three rebounds in the Nuggets' 122-120 loss.
How long will Jamal Murray be out?
It's unclear if Murray will have to sit out Denver's game against Toronto on March 14. He is listed as questionable on the team's official injury report.
A league source told Singer that Murray is "fine," so the Nuggets may have just been taking a cautious approach considering he missed the entirety of the 2021-22 season with a torn ACL.
