Ja Morant has done it again.

In Memphis' 130-113 win over Indiana on Saturday night, Morant has somehow outdone the best highlights of his career with a new submission for Dunk of the Year.

Late in the third quarter, Morant used a ball screen to create his runway and from there … Pacers forward Jalen Smith probably regrets his decision.

Morant's dunk, which caused an uproar in Gainbridge Fieldhouse, also garnered an appropriate reaction from his teammates on the bench, who were clearly in awe.

Morant, a true showman, understood what he had just pulled off, acknowledging his feat with a quick stare at his teammates.

While there were a few other NBA games going on at the time, Nets superstar Kevin Durant was clearly paying attention to what just happened in Indianapolis. He wasted no time taking to Twitter to share his thoughts.*

*His thoughts: a series of four pictures reacting to the filth of Morant's dunk.

Durant wasn't the only Kevin that was impressed as Hall of Famer Kevin Garnett took to Twitter to provide perspective on just how special Morant's highlights are.

Let's talk about perspective. On the first day of the NFL Wild Card Playoffs, two major names in football media took a brief moment to acknowledge that what Morant just did was not normal.

Of course, it wouldn't be right if we didn't share the compilation of the dunk from every angle, a video that needed less than two hours to amass over a million views.

Two-time All-Star Isaiah Thomas certainly accounted for several of those views at the very least.

If you didn't think enough former Celtics chimed in, Kendrick Perkins used the poster dunk as a reminder that Morant should be starting in this year's All-Star Game.

Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell had a different All-Star Weekend event in mind, responding to Morant's warning to "jump with me if you want to go viral."

Morant had plenty to say about his dunk postgame, crediting his forthcoming signature shoe, the Nike "Ja 1"

He also said this was "definitely" his best dunk.

It says a lot about Morant that there needs to be a discussion of whether or not this is his best in-game dunk. It certainly is, but this dunk stands at the front of a line of a much larger collection of ridiculous highlights.

As a reminder, Morant is only in his fourth NBA season, so there will be plenty more where this came from. And as always, please remember…
