What is Dalano Banton's injury?

The team ruled Banton out for the game with a sprained left ankle. He exited the game on his own power, which should be a positive sign for his status moving forward.

Banton's injury comes just two nights after he scored a career-high 27 points in a win over the Pistons. Through 14 games, the second-year guard is averaging 6.5 points per game.

After the game, Raptors head coach Nick Nurse told reporters that the injury "doesn't look too good," and that Banton is set to undergo further testing.

This is the latest in a recent rash of injuries that have affected the Raptors. Banton had recently been inserted into the starting lineup in place of the injured Gary Trent Jr. Also sidelined are Precious Achiuwa, Otto Porter Jr. and Pascal Siakam
