Teams that go up 3-0 in an NBA playoff series are 149-0 all-time.
If the Heat happen to collapse and change that record 149-1, NBA Twitter thinks they know who to blame.
Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez were both in attendance at the Kaseya Center for Miami's Game 4 loss to the Celtics, a coincidence that seemed almost too perfect for Celtics fans.

Jeter and Rodriguez were the two centerpieces of the Yankees when they infamously blew a 3-0 lead to the Red Sox in the 2004 ALCS.
Boston's Kevin Millar memorably said, "Don't let us win today," before Game 4, a statement Marcus Smart echoed ahead of the Celtics' Game 4 on Tuesday. The Red Sox inexplicably won four consecutive games to dethrone the Yankees, who had won six of the last eight American League pennants.
The Celtics need to pull off the same miraculous run if they want to reach the NBA Finals, and they took that first step with Jeter and Rodriguez in the building.

Wyc needs to fly them to Game 5 and put them both courtside.

The Miami Heat made a critical error allowing Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez to get into the mix while holding a 3-0 lead over a Boston team. It's the one thing you can't do.

Jeter and ARod being in the building for this has my brain thinking things

If I were a Miami Heat fan, not sure I would have allowed Jeter & A-Rod in the building up 3-0. #BOSvsMIA

It would be too eerie if the Celtics go on to win 4 in a row and Jeter and ARod were both there to witness the start of that comeback.

If the Celtics do get the series back to Miami with a Game 5 win, the Heat might want to have security stop Jeter, Rodriguez, and any other 2004 Yankees at the door just to play it safe.
