The Celtics are going back to the Finals.

Led by Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, the Celtics defeated the Heat in seven games in the 2022 Eastern Conference Finals to advance to the NBA Finals. This marks Boston's first trip to the Finals since 2010 when it fell to the Lakers in seven games.

The Celtics have won a total of 17 championships, tying them with the Lakers for the most in NBA history. Boston's most recent title came in 2008 when it defeated the Lakers in six games.
